Life

Things are a bit of a mess at the moment. Life can be so hard sometimes and I'm tired. So I carry on crocheting my blanket, row by row, square by square, and wait........

Oh dev you do sound down. I hope the witing turns out ok and keep up that crafting - I'm sure the repetitive nature of stitching helps. Much love xx

Dear Dev
Sorry to hear things are difficult for you - I am sending lots of love and prayers your way.
Thank you for your comment about Milly. It makes me sad to hear you are having to make difficult decisions about the beautiful Hamish, and I think it is perfectly normal to wish the decision was taken out of your hands. He is a very special part of your family, and it is so hard to be facing this decision. I've heard it said before, that pets keep going because of the love from their owners, no doubt your love is doing this for H.
When I was younger, my best friend was Timmy my cat. He got so old and ill, it was terrible to see. I used to hope he'd go peacefully in his sleep. Finally the vet came and helped him to sleep peacefully for ever - my Dad made the decision for me. I was heartbroken when Timmy died and miss him even now 22 years later! But just like the people we love, our pets are always with us, though they may no longer be physically here.
Take care, dear Dev. Feel free to contact me: macymilly@hotmail.com
Big hugs to you,

Hope it won't be long before life gets back on track for you.

I really enjoyed reading your previous post about your doves. It was really soothing and nearly had me planning where to put our dovecote.

Oh Dev
Im sorry to hear life is hard for you at the moment it is for me too, i keep swimming ahead only to be washed back by a big heavy wave! Thank you for your comment about the neighbour, he moved his speaker and said sorry and although we heard him it was nowhere near as bad as before so im really hoping he will settle down and everything will be rosey again, our other neighbour is moving now too so im really worried about who is going to be the other side!

i hope you have a lovely relaxing weekend, if you need to talk your welcome to email me, take care, fliss xx

Whatever the reason for your tiring time of waiting is, I hope the outcome is something good and pleasant!

At the moment I'm crocheting squares for a blanket too. I'm sure that yours will be ready first.

Your blog is SO pretty, with its flowers and snowy doves and crochet. I enjoy dropping by occasionally and I hope your spirits will lift soon, as you are so good at lifting the spirits of your visitors.
